In my personal life, I'm a devoted wife, a mother of three grown sons, and a stepmother to my husband's three adult children. My husband and I divide our time between the serene shores of Lake Champlain in upstate New York and the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Until last year, a significant part of our year was spent on a sprawling farm in central Kentucky, where we tended to cows, horses, chickens, turkeys, goats, and dogs. As time has passed, we've found managing such a vast farm increasingly challenging, prompting us to shift our focus.

I possess an insatiable wanderlust, traveling throughout the United States and other countries around the world, immersing myself in diverse cultures and savoring delectable cuisines. When I'm not whipping up culinary delights in my own kitchen or exploring new locales, I dedicate my leisure time to reading, hiking, knitting, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
